Refund policy

Return and Refund requests must be emailed with order details to thechirpieco@gmail.com.
Refunds must be requested within a 7-day window from the date of the purchase.
Proof that the item was returned in its original packaging will be required when requesting a refund due to "Buyers Remorse". Please note if you are granted a refund for an unwanted item or Buyers Remorse Shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund if we provide a return shipping label to facilitate the process.
Refund requests must be approved by our support team via email. If you are requesting a refund for a damaged item and we can not provide a replacement we will offer the option for a substitution. Refunds will be provided if you do not want the item to be replaced. Depending on the severity of the damage the support team will provide a shipping label to have the item returned to our shipping facility.
